We have no control over shipping carriers, their operations, or events that may affect delivery schedules. In addition, our supplier information may be incorrect and stock levels may not be accurate. We do our best to notify customers as soon as we find out shipping dates may change.

We will not be liable to you for any loss you or any third party suffers from a delay or failure to process your order or deliver products due to inaccurate or incomplete details being provided in an order. Please ensure that someone will be available to receive the delivery at your specified shipping address.
Order tracking numbers are automatically sent out when our courier picks up your parcel for shipping.
Please check your junk email if you received an email from us saying your order is complete, yet you have not received tracking codes within 24 hours.

- Contact us via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org), our main store number 780-888-3926. E-mail is usually the fastest and we will reply by telephone and/or e-mail, whichever you prefer.
- If we are at fault we will refund your full purchase amount plus the shipping cost.
- If you are dissatisfied with the product we must be advised within 14 calendar days and the item(s) must be returned unused and unworn in order to qualify for a full refund.
- All items must be properly packaged for shipping.
- We will not accept any COD returns or exchanges.
- Qualified refunds will be processed within five (5) business days following approval and receipt of your returned item. Please be aware that some financial institutions may require additional time to process refunds.
- Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours, (except holidays and weekends) or if the item is not currently available you will be advised with either a phone call or by e-mail.
